JYOTI KIRAN was founded by Mrs. Parveen Mukhtar
Born and raised in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, Mrs. Parveen Mukhtar graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University. After gaining valuable experience during her years in the U.S., she and her husband returned to their hometown, Aligarh, and established a business in the engineering field. In 2008, she stepped away from the business world to follow her passion for social service, beginning with the establishment of a Learning Centre for the underprivileged children. Today, she devotes herself fully to this cause, offering her home and services entirely free of cost.
